This boot camp will give students a solid foundation in the practical aspects of making a Red Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon, from start to finish.  By focusing on production, we’ll make sure students leave with hands-on skills and an understanding of how to manage key parts of the winemaking process, while other courses cover the more detailed theory and maintenance.

Notice

Please read:  Must be at least 21 years of age or older at the start of bootcamp, Government Issued photo ID verification will be required. Must be able to repeatedly lift 55 pounds. Must be able to be on their feet for 8 hours. Must be able to work in a hot environment for 8 hours. Must be willing to taste wine in small quantities for analysis.
