Advanced Coach Training: Leadership

Advanced Coach Training: Leadership Coaching is a one day, interactive training designed for coaches who want to strengthen their ability to effectively support leaders and leadership teams. This advanced course explores the evolving demands of today’s leadership landscape, including organizational culture, influence, decision making, and change management, while building best practices for coaching in leadership contexts.

Participants will deepen their understanding of leadership development, identity, power dynamics, and strategic growth, and develop practical strategies to help leaders achieve meaningful organizational and personal outcomes.

The prerequisite for this class is completion of Coach Essentials Training or Financial Coach Training.
